- Incidents of Bullying may be reported in the methods described below or by reporting directly to the building administrator or staff member.
- All reports of bullying will be investigated by the administration.
- Making a knowingly false report may be subject to disciplinary consequence. Click here for definitions of Bullying.

To report using the Bullying Incident Reporting Form, download the Form by clicking here.
Print/complete form and submit to the appropriate administrator.
Email Appropriate Administrator
To report an incident to the administrator of a particular school using email, you can click onthe appropriate email below to launch your email program or type in one of the addresses into your "To" field in your email program.
