Programs & Events

Nashoba Community Partnership for Children is funded through a grant provided by the MA Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) Coordinated Family and Community Engagement (CFCE) program. The grant was awarded to the Nashoba Regional School District to support the towns of Bolton, Lancaster, and Stow.
Discover and Learn Playgroups:
FREE weekly playgroups are offered in Bolton, Lancaster, and Stow for children ages 2 to 5 years old. Our playgroups follow the Scholastic Big, Big, World curriculum, and incorporate themes, crafts, story time, and circle time. They are led by NRSD Preschool teachers and held in Pre-K classrooms and outdoors when possible. The weekly playgroups allow children to make meaningful connections with peers, develop social skills, and participate in educational activities that enhance early literacy and language development.
Space is Limited ~ Registration is Required.
Parent/Caregiver Education:
We provide educational opportunities for families that strengthen knowledge of child development and evidence-based parenting programs that enhance families' capacity to support their children's development. Parent Education presentations are announced via our email distribution list and via various locations throughout our communities.
Ages and Stages Questionnaire (ASQ):
FAMILIES ARE ACTIVE PARTNERS IN THEIR CHILDREN'S LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT
The Ages and Stages questionnaires help to ensure your child is off to the best possible start. It's a useful tool to help families learn how their child is learning and growing. The more you know about your child's development today, the more you can support their future success! It takes 10-15 minutes to complete. Questionnaire Link
